Your new challenge

You manage implementation of various projects (adding new entities into billing, support analysis and business review of entities, manage implementation of new entities into the billing process), manage implementation of enhancements for payment and billing processes as well as process improvements for the team, manage implementation of enhancements for payment and billing tools as well as tools improvements for the team, identify risks and issues. Additionally you are able to write business cases, provide reporting and statistics, overseeing the results of projects/implementations, collaborate across departments and maintain system and process documentation. The ideal individual will become a billing project manager expert with a solid understanding of all payment and billing tools, activities and processes.

What we ask for

You have a proven track record leading system implementation projects as a consultant or as an inhouse project manager, understanding of the inside functions and the flow through a billing system, good business and financial knowledge, SQL knowledge, business objects knowledge and development skills. Further qualifications: fluent in English, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, detailed, analytical, efficient and able to work independently, distinct customer-focus and ability to work in a dynamic team environment, willing to accept and function in a constantly changing, fast paced environment, flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed as well as testing and project management experience.
